progros undertakes project management in the new build of Vilotel Oberkochen – responsibility for procurement planning, organisation and implementation

progros is starting on a new job in project management: The Eschborn purchasing and consulting company is looking after the initial furnishing of the future Vilotel, which will open in June 2018 in Oberkochen. The new building in the Baden-Württemberg Ostalbkreis district near Heidenheim an der Brenz will have 74 rooms as well as a restaurant with bar.


For the project, on which construction began in the spring of 2017, progros is undertaking the procurement planning, organisation and implementation of the movable fittings (OS&E) – tailored absolutely individually to the hotel. The services range from the initial investment cost estimate through supplier-neutral sampling and tendering, complete procurement planning organisation, to delivery schedule control and goods acceptance on site.


“In the entire procurement process, the progros team is on hand for us as a central contact – both in the complete planning and in the implementation phase. With this support, we are sure that a new hotel with exceptional design and local spirit will be opened in the coming year,” says Birgitt Mönch, Manager of the future Vilotel.
