progros is once again supporting this year’s “Hotalents” young hotel congress, the second of which is to be held in the Best Western Plus Platin Congress Hotel in Wiesloch on 1–2 April. progros will again be present to support the young talent congress in the area of trainee development. “The topic of talent development is given high priority in progros' company philosophy, which is why we have supported the hotel young talents award from its inception. This is the perfect opportunity to meet young, upcoming talent at an early stage and to support them in their development,” says Jochen Oehler, CEO of progros. The aim should therefore be to promote talent and above all advance the exchange of ideas between that talent and established industry leaders at the young hotel congress over the long term.

In order to prepare young generations optimally for their future career, progros CEO, Jochen Oehler, and Mario Pick, a partner with VON BONIN + Partners Personnel Consulting will be addressing the topic of “Job Interview – A Negotiation between Equals” in a workshop on 2 April. Both of them are hoteliers with many years of management and negotiating experience and will use the occasion to demonstrate what questions applicants should ask themselves beforehand.
