Claudius Möller heads progros development

Key account management and customer service under his leadership

Claudius Möller, 40, was appointed as the new department head for Key Account Management as well as Customer Service at progros at the beginning of June 2019. In this function, he and his team of 10 support around 900 private and branded hotels and hotel groups in eight European countries that deploy progros products and services to optimise their procurement and processes. “Thanks to the continuing successful expansion of progros over recent years, now is exactly the right time to ring in the next phase of growth and structure ourselves appropriately. We have an excellent hospitality expert in the person of Claudius Möller, who brings a high level of expertise in consulting, in inspiring new clients as well as in procurement,” says Jochen Oehler, CEO of progros.

 

Claudius Möller graduated from the Belvoirpark Hotel Management School in Zurich as a “Restarateur / Hotelier HF”. Milestones in his career include Hotel Bachmair am See, where her worked as Assistant to the Director and Purchasing Manager, Marygreen Manor Hotel in Brentwood, United Kingdom, where he was Duty Manager, as well as Steigenberger Hotel Der Sonnenhof in Bad Wörishofen, where he spent a number of years as F&B Manager as well as overseeing purchasing. Claudius Möller was Deputy Director at the Hartl Resort Hotel Maximilian, before joining progros for the first time in 2010. He returned to progros after a short break in 2015, when he spent about a year as International Key Account Manager for a leading international manufacturer of hotel cosmetic products. His most recent position at progros was Director Key Account Management Southern Europe.
