The iOS version launched in 2018 has now been recently joined by the smart progros app for digital invoice management in the Android Store for all progros clients.
Therefore we can now offer all progros clients the additional service of being able to work in the digital invoice portal or in the vendor management system from their smartphone or tablet PC. You can use the new, free app to access, process, annotate and approve your invoices when on the move – and a whole lot more.

- Dashboard: Individually customisable dashboard with information like invoices at risk of forfeiting cash discounts, due and overdue payments, open invoices etc.
- Archive with access to all invoices and an extensive search function including by vendor, payment date, amount and invoice receipt
- Overview of open invoices, invoices for approval and invoices for payment approval
- Simple Help function at every point in the app
- Detailed view of all invoices including invoice details, notes, information such as last price change (full version only), log of invoice processing
- Smart approval of invoices with a single click or “swipe”
- Mail function – a smart function allowing any invoice to be sent immediately by e-mail with a single click
- All settings optionally in German or English
