The Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See will be using progros services and solutions in procurement with immediate effect. The 4-star hotel is operated by Gerd zur Brügge with his wife Silke, who represent the fifth generation of the family.

The “Eiden” is situated in a 10-hectare park at the side of a lake. The associated Apicius gourmet restaurant is a resounding success under the direction of chef Tim Extra. Besides fine cuisine, the hotel also offers several categories of room and extensive spa and wellness facilities covering 1000 m². The different areas of the hotel have been continuously modernised and extended over the past few decades. The individual furnishings range from a Mediterranean country house style to a modern, comfortable clarity of design.
